Reuters reports the US is years behind Ukraine in drone production. Ukraine is set to produce 6–7 million FPV drones this year, about 500,000 a month. A $1.1 billion Pentagon program plans to order around 200,000, while a US defense innovation unit says rollout is still at an early stage.
Ukraine’s air defenses downed or suppressed 107 of 131 Russian drones overnight, preliminary data showed. Hits by 16 attack drones were recorded at 9 locations, while debris fell at 6. The attack was ongoing as of 08:00.
