Russia is reportedly developing cheap jet-powered missiles for more frequent strikes on Ukraine, according to Serhii Beskrestnov, an adviser to Ukraine's defense minister. The concept would combine speeds closer to conventional cruise missiles with lower costs, smaller warheads and larger production volumes.
