Russian pro-war blogger Yevgeny Golman reacted angrily to the Ukrainian drone strike on the Omsk Oil Refinery, calling for the Omsk region to be sealed off "in four rings" and demanding decisive action from Russia's leadership. In the video, he criticized government ministries and said only President Vladimir Putin could force decisions to be made.

Ukraine’s drone forces said they struck the 330 kV Simferopolska substation in occupied Crimea overnight, calling it the 38th energy node hit in Crimea and southern occupied territories since July 1. The strike was reported by Magyar and attributed to several Ukrainian drone units, including the 414th “Magyar’s Birds” Brigade, 412th “Nemesis” Brigade, “Kairos” battalion and “Phoenix.”
