Ukrainian forces damaged key processing units at Russia’s Kirishi refinery, including ELOU-AVT-2 and ELOU-AVT-6 primary oil refining units, as well as hydrotreatment, bitumen production and gas fractionation facilities, The General Staff confirmed.
