“Oil rain” was reported in Russia’s Rybinsk after a drone attack hit the Temp oil storage depot in Yaroslavl region. The strike triggered explosions and a major fire at the Rosrezerv facility, with fallout from the burning oil site now observed in the city.
Satellite footage confirms 14 fuel tanks were destroyed, and at least another 3 damaged at the transshipment complex in Hrusheva Balka near Novorossiysk that also functions as an oil depot.
Damage to the Simferopol thermal power plant was observed. Recently Ukrainian conducted a missile strike on the facility using Neptune long-range missiles.

❗️UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer said British forces intercepted a Russian shadow fleet oil tanker attempting to pass through the English Channel. The tanker had reportedly left Ust-Luga on June 1. Starmer said the operation delivered another blow to Russia and those helping fund the war.
