Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces hit the Saratov oil refinery overnight, with at least three loud explosions followed by a large fire that was still burning in the morning. The Rosneft facility processes about 5 million tons of crude oil per year and produces more than 20 petroleum products, including fuel used by Russian troops.
