Grieving father attacks teen son's accused killer inside courthouse🇺🇸 Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 19 — Shaheem Snype, 47 (1st pic) was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury after attacking 21-year-old Marion McKnight (2nd pic), who is accused of killing his 16-year-old son.The attack occurred at the Mecklenburg County Courthouse during a hearing on McKnight’s $100,000 bond.McKnight was taken to the hospital for treatment.McKnight faces charges of first-degree murder and attempted murder in connection with a shooting at a Charlotte park on May 23, 2025, which left Snype's son dead four days later and injured two others. He was released pending trial in November 2025.
