After a routine therapy session for her non-verbal autistic son, Diana Hernandez noticed bruises and a bite mark on him, prompting her to contact authorities.After reviewing video, Palm Beach PD saw Reylan Cortes Garnier, 38, the boy’s therapist, throwing a ball and shoe at the young boy and smacking the child’s bottom with his shoe.
