🇺🇸 #Florida. 10-Year-old elementary school student perp-walked in Volusia County for making threats. Micah Swinnie, 10, wrote in permanent marker on his classroom whiteboard that he would bring a gun to school. He then left a kill list naming three students.Swinnie is in custody on a felony charge of making a written threat to kill. He told deputies he didn't mean it.
