🇺🇸 St. Louis County, Missouri — September 6, 2024 (bodycam and dashcam video recently released by police)Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers pursued a red Range Rover driven by Ryan Phillips, the suspect in the murder of his former girlfriend, Delisha Evans, in Texas.During the chase on Interstate 44 and into local streets, the vehicle overturned after Phillips lost control. He then opened fire on approaching troopers, who returned fire, fatally shooting him.Inside the overturned SUV, investigators discovered the body of 30-year-old Delisha Evans from the St. Louis area. She had been shot in the head by Phillips the day before and was already deceased for at least 24 hours prior to the pursuit.
