🇺🇸 Whatever the speed limit on that road is, it’s too high. A 6-year-old boy was fatally struck Thursday afternoon on Signal Street and Whitney Avenue in #Memphis’ Frayser neighborhood.The child was playing with a ball in the westbound lane of Whitney Avenue when Kenyunte W. Goss struck him with her Chrysler 200. Goss remained at the scene.Goss has been arrested and charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and failure to provide proof of financial responsibility.
