🇺🇸 Runaway can plowed right into two unsuspecting women on #Manhattan’s Lower East Side on Saturday, knocking one onto the pavement and sending the other flying down into a bodega’s basement. The accident happened near Essex and Rivington Streets. Miraculously, there were no serious injuries. All three people (the two women struck and the driver) were taken to the hospital by FDNY and are expected to be okay. One woman fell into the bodega basement but wasn't seriously injured.
