🇺🇸 Wilmington, #NorthCarolina. An illegal invader, Rafael Martinez (22) was arrested in Wilmington and has been charged with Felony Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury after he shot a David Corpus (26).Police responded and searched for Mr. Martinez. During the search, Edilberto Espinoza-Sierra, reportedly refused to comply with officers commands and was shot. He had nothing to do with the shooting that police were initially responding to and that he was unarmed at the time he was killed. Later, the shooter, Rafael Martinez, was found.
