A suspect has been arrested after a shooting during a fight on the Santa Monica Pier sent people scrambling for cover on a busy Sunday night at the popular tourist hotspot.The suspect was identified as Jaysawn Williams, 18, of Rialto, who was taken into custody after receiving medical treatment and transported to the Santa Monica Jail.
