🇺🇸 #Portland. The driver of a truck entering the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building Wednesday afternoon struck and dragged a protester standing in front of the driveway. The protester, who has not been identified, was taken to the hospital and declined to file a police report.It's not clear whether the truck belonged to an employee of the ICE facility or a federal agency. An ICE spokesperson said the truck did not belong to that agency and directed questions to the Federal Protective Service.Looks like the protester grabbed the bed of the truck after using his sign to bang on the top of the truck.Follow us -> LiveLeak
