Juan Luis Estrada, 45, allegedly stole a car at knifepoint in downtown Los Angeles, #California. Estrada then drove to Culver City, causing multiple hit-and-run accidents on the way there and intentionally striking several pedestrians.The Culver City Police Department spotted Estrada using an automatic license plate reader, who took off, leading them on a reckless chase.
