Firefighters and police saving a man from a flipped car turned into a hit-and-run chase as a K9 officer helped track down the running suspect.As the first responders rescued the man from the vehicle, Jamal Anthony Riascos, 27, passed the accident, hit a firetruck, and proceeded to flee the scene. Deputies then chased down Riascos, who let out 2 passengers during the pursuit, before crashing his car into a culvert, hitting a pole, and taking off on foot.
