🇺🇸 Delaware authorities have released body camera footage from the fatal police shooting of 19-year-old Kadir Skinner in Wilmington. Police say Skinner pointed a loaded handgun at a crowd before fleeing from officers. His family and witnesses, however, maintain that he was unarmed.
