Royal Mail has said it is "deeply sorry" after cctv showed one of their postmen kicking a blind dog (Ethel, 11) to death.The incident occurred after the postman delivered a parcel to the home of 40YO Eve Lewis. The postman had already begun walking away when he turned around and delivered a hard kick to the small dog. The dog was suffering from internal bleeding and irreversible brain damage.The postman initially denied kicking the dog, despite the clear video evidence.
