Kamal Padlowski (52) intentionally killed a man he met at a tiki bar on Memorial Day weekend in 2024, a Tampa jury decided late Wednesday.Before Jimenez fell backward and hit his head, the 47-year-old threatened to kill Padlowski and rape his fiancee, Padlowski said. His testimony failed to convince jurors, who convicted him of first-degree murder after less than three hours of deliberation. Padlowski's sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 17.
