🇺🇸 Footage shows the moment a woman walking a dog is run over by two young brothers, ages 4 and 7, who took their parents' car Thursday morning in #Oakland. According to the boys' uncle, the parents were sleeping when they took the parents' keys. The woman was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition.
