🇺🇸 71-year-old woman dies after police shootout outside #Florida Police Department.Linda Jean Croteau entered the lobby of the Port Orange Police Department at 4545 Clyde Morris Blvd. holding a handgun. She spoke with civilian staff in the records section, pointed the weapon at employees, and fired one round toward an area where staff were present. No employees or officers were injured.Responding officers issued repeated commands to drop the weapon. Three officers fired several rounds. They immediately provided aid.
