🇺🇸 Ernesto Rascón, an #Arizona resident with a U.S. criminal history, fatally shot oral surgeon Amed de Jesús Preciado Hernández through his car windshield after being refused an unappointed visit over alleged bad dental work.While Mexican authorities were serving a warrant at his home, Rascón opened fire, wounding two officers (one grazed in the head, one in the leg).
