Tuesday night, the Utah County Planning Commission in Provo was voting on a data center ordinance when a commissioner asked for a disruptive attendee to be removed. A sheriff's deputy walked 27-year-old activist Aspen Azalea out to the lobby, where both of them ended up on the ground.——The Utah County Sheriff's Office says she struck the deputy. She was booked on charges of disrupting a meeting, interfering with an officer and assaulting an officer, and the sheriff's office says the incident is under review.
