Alongside nationwide support programs, the government is providing targeted assistance to those most in need. Together with the Naftogaz Group, aid is being delivered to people with limited mobility, those in difficult life circumstances, and elderly people living alone. The first 10,000 Heat Packages have already been delivered in Kyiv and the surrounding region, focusing on areas facing the most severe conditions.
