Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem Umerov said a new stage of negotiations has begun in Abu Dhabi. Talks started in a trilateral format with Ukraine, the US and Russia, followed by work in separate groups and a planned joint coordination of positions.
