The EU Council has approved details of a €90bn loan to Ukraine.
The EU Council has approved details of a €90bn loan to Ukraine. €60bn is set for military aid and €30bn for budget support. Interest will be paid from the EU budget. 24 EU states joined the deal, with Slovakia, Hungary and Czechia opting out.
