Foreign military personnel will be able to obtain temporary residence permits in Ukraine after President Zelensky signed a new law. The permits can be issued for the full contract term and after it ends. The law also extends certain social guarantees, including medical care, to foreigners serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
