Activists in Bulgaria reported a possible Wagner PMC site in the mountains, Novinite reports. They say people in uniforms with Wagner symbols and a Russian flag were seen at the building. BOEC head Georgiev suggested the site could be used for terrorist purposes, while authorities have not commented.
