Ukraine is building an energy reserve by searching for, assessing and transporting entire Soviet era equipment blocks from old thermal power plants and combined heat and power plants in Eastern Europe, Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal said. The equipment is intended for restoration of energy facilities damaged by Russian strikes.
