Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova claimed Dutch mercenaries are piloting F-16 fighters supplied to Ukraine. She said modern Western weapons and aircraft cannot be operated by Ukrainian servicemen and require foreign specialists. Zakharova added that mercenaries are not subject to international law and do not fall under the Geneva Convention.
