Satellite images published by Radio Svoboda show a fuel tank at the Tamanneftegaz oil terminal in Volna was struck on February 17. A comparison of images from February 16 and 20 indicates new damage at the facility. The storage complex had previously been targeted on May 2, 2023, May 30, 2024, December 22, 2025 and January 21, 2026.
