President Zelensky said Russia has placed relay transmitters for Shahed drones in Belarus and is using them for strikes on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. He said Ukrainian forces have already destroyed several of these relays. Zelensky added that Belarus controls its territory and should understand the risks of complicity.
