German DEG Impulse has agreed to provide €7.8 million to Ukrainian agricultural producer and exporter Nibulon to finance construction of a 90 meter maritime drone carrier platform under Germany’s develoPPP program. The declared purpose of the project is mine clearance in the Black Sea. The platform is to be equipped with unmanned surface and underwater vehicles and is planned to be built in Ukraine.
