Russian sources confirmed a drone strike on the Dorogobuzh chemical plant and a local thermal power plant in Smolensk region overnight on February 25. They reported that 14 of 69 drones were shot down over the region.The strike hit ammonia and ammonium nitrate production facilities. Four people were killed, including three firefighters, and four others were seriously injured. The fire at the plant continues.
