Russia has begun using a new subsonic cruise missile, the Izdeliye-30, against Ukraine, Ukraine's Defense Intelligence said. The missile has a range of up to 1,500km, an 800kg warhead, speed of 600-800 km/h, and EW-resistant satellite navigation.
