❗️Germany is evaluating Ukrainian-made cruise missiles as it seeks to build a layered long-range strike arsenal and reduce dependence on U.S. systems. According to Politico, Berlin is studying Fire Point’s FP-5 Flamingo cruise missile and the Ukrainian Bars missile as candidates for a low-cost deep-strike capability targeted for 2027. The effort comes as Germany accelerates plans to strengthen its deterrence posture against Russia.
