Zelensky arrived in Ireland to attend the opening ceremony of Ireland’s presidency of the Council of the EU. He will meet Prime Minister Micheál Martin and European Council President António Costa. Zelensky said Ukraine hopes Ireland’s presidency will bring tangible progress toward EU membership and the opening of all negotiation clusters.
