Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces said they struck 11 Russian shadow fleet vessels on July 16: 5 oil tankers, 1 gas tanker, 3 cargo ships and 2 tugboats. Ten vessels were hit in the Black Sea and one in the Sea of Azov. The force said Operation MoLoChKa struck 147 vessels from July 6–16, including 117 in the Sea of Azov and 30 in the Black Sea, with the stated aim of disrupting oil, fuel and cargo logistics used to bypass sanctions.
