❗️Bloomberg reports the Kremlin has hardened its position on negotiations to end the war. According to people close to the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin no longer intends to return occupied parts of Sumy and Kharkiv regions and now plans to retain them as buffer zones. The report says he remains committed to seizing all of Donetsk region and is prepared to resume negotiations only after that objective is achieved.
