President Zelensky signed decrees dismissing Oleksandr Syrskyi as Commander-in-Chief of Ukraine's Armed Forces and appointing Mykhailo Drapatyi to the role. Additional decrees dismissed Andrii Hnatov as Chief of the General Staff and appointed Major General Ihor Skybyuk as his successor.
