He said Russia added 221,000 troops in under seven months but lost nearly 225,500: 131,000 killed and almost 93,000 wounded. Zelensky also said Russia wants 30,000 more troops from North Korea and that Pyongyang is preparing new ballistic missile launchers for Moscow.
