More details emerged from the strike on a recreation site in occupied Kyrylivka. Russian official Mikhail Ivanov, head of the Zaporizhzhia branch of Russia’s Main Radio Frequency Center and a former Russian military officer, was killed. Two of his children also died in the strike.
