NATO's Vistula Vanguard 2026 war game is integrating Ukrainian battlefield lessons into Alliance training. Developed with the NATO-Ukraine Joint Analysis, Training and Education Centre, the first phase focused on land operations and tested planning assumptions, procedures and exercise scenarios against realistic modern threats. The project will feed into larger command-post exercises, including LOYAL LEDA and LOYAL DOLOS.
