The plant processes about 15 million tonnes of oil annually and supplies gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel, including for Russia's armed forces. A Pole-21 electronic warfare complex near Holubivka, an ammunition depot near Naumivka in Crimea and a Russian command post near Bakhmut were also hit. Damage assessments are ongoing.
