Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces said operators from the 1st Separate Center and 412th Nemesis Brigade struck the Saratov oil refinery overnight in coordination with HUR and other Defense Forces units. The Rosneft-owned plant produces more than 20 types of petroleum products, including fuel used to supply Russian forces.
