Satellite imagery shows the aftermath of the July 31 strike on LUKOIL's Volgograd refinery. The ELOU-AVT-1 crude processing unit with a capacity of 6 million tonnes per year, the ELOU-AVT-3 unit, pipelines, pipe racks and part of the site's solar power infrastructure were damaged. Damage to the ELOU-AVT-5 unit was also reported, though it may have resulted from an earlier strike.
