❗️Georgia's Kulevi refinery has begun diversifying away from Russian crude, operator Black Sea Petroleum said. The plant started processing Kazakh oil in July and expects a Libyan cargo between August 20 and 30 under a supply agreement running through 2027. BSP says it plans to transition entirely to non-Russian feedstock in August-September 2026 while maintaining refinery operations.
