Fire Point co-owner Denys Shtilerman said Ukraine is developing capabilities to target Russian satellites. According to him, Russia is building a Starlink-like satellite network under the "Rassvet" program, while Ukraine's response is a project called "Zakat." Shtilerman also argued that satellites in low Earth orbit remain vulnerable targets despite operating at altitudes of around 800 kilometers.
