Sweden's Supreme Court upheld the transfer to Ukraine of Caffa, a Russian shadow-fleet vessel accused of transporting grain from occupied Ukrainian territory. Swedish authorities detained the ship on March 6. In June, a court seized it at Ukraine's request as part of a Russian war-crimes investigation, a first for Sweden. Ukraine's Foreign Ministry called the ruling an important accountability precedent.
